Depression is a demon inside of me... sometimes all consuming! As a means of self-preservation, I stay away from what's happening out there... but sometimes, something I hear or see manifests itself.. like a virus in my head.. growing, changing.. destroying me. This was the beginning. I did a series of three paintings, by the time I got to the third, I was a mess.

I keep this third painting private... hiding it’s ugly, dark image away from me!
